WHY WOULD I NEED A TRAINER WHILE TRAVELING?Having someone create a customized fitness plan for you based on your goals has been shown to be overly successful rather than doing it on your own. A personal trainer is there to watch your form and make sure you are completing the exercises properly as well for the best results. Even personal trainers have other trainers helping them. Staying active while traveling offers a multitude of benefits that go beyond just physical well-being. Whether you're exploring new cities, trekking through nature's wonders, or engaging in water sports, incorporating physical activity into your journey can enhance your overall travel experience in various ways.

I HAVE CHANGED MY MIND AND WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL MY PLAN/SERVICE...Although I am sad to see you go... I understand and have adjusted my Cancellation policy accordingly: If you need to cancel or reschedule your virtual coaching session appointment, we kindly ask that that you give a 24 hour notice so that we have time to reschedule and to be ensured that you will not be charged for the appointment. If less than 24 hours notice is given for your booked session, you will be expected to pay for your purchase. For refunds of Virtual Coaching plans or Tiff-fit app plans, we give a 7 day grace period from the start time of your plan ("Added on:" to the Tiff-Fit app) for a refund of the unused sessions as by this point we have already started creating your personalized training program.

If less than 24 hours notice is given and we are unable to fill your time slot, you will be expected to pay for the appointment.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
